BookTube: Read-A-Thon!

Hey, if you follow the booktube community you must already know padfootandprongs07 and arielbisset are hosting this booktube read-a-thon in July: from July 16-July 21. They have made a Twitter account. Also, a hashtag will be used during all these activities: #booktubethon. Join in on the fun! By clicking on Ariel Bissets channel name you will be taken to her intro for this marathon. And Raeleen's channel can be accessed by clicking on the first YouTube handle.

They have set out 7 challenges for this marathon:

+ Read an average 300 pages a day

+ Read a book with over 500 pages

+ Re-read one book

+ Finish a series/trilogy

+ Read a book that's been on your shelf forever

+ Listen to an audiobook

+ Read a classic

The books I am planning to read

For the classic: The Great Gatsby

For the shelf book: The Hobbit

For the re-read: The Lost Symbol

For the series/trilogy: The Revanants Trilogy :/ (we will see)

For the book over 500 pages: Insurgent

For an average 300 pages: The Archived

For the audiobook: The Raven Boys (this isn't a confirmed choice-I might not be able to get my hands on this one- fingers crossed)

So, July's reading schedule has been planned out. Atleast half of it.

I am also contemplating joining the 30 day reading challenge by the other booktubers. It starts tomorrow. We have to read 6000 pages in a month. The challenge will start from 17th of June i.e. tomorrow and will last till July 16. I think I should do it. Hmmm. Decisions, decisions!
