Welcome to my blog for my blog tour stop.
About Thirty Seconds To Die:
She thought her fears were all in her imagination.
She couldn't imagine that after everything she'd been through, she could fall in love.
She was wrong.
An ancient society, one extraordinary letter, and the secret Alexandra Flynn would die for - again - to protect.
For Lexi, life had always been - normal. But it only took one moment to change everything. Her life quickly becomes the opposite of normal when Ren Miller moves to the small community where she lives. Mysterious, handsome, and dangerously charming, Lexi discovers Ren is no stranger. They've met before - in another life.
When Ren pulls her into his bizarre world of past lives and secret societies, all bets are off. They become the targets of the Sentori, an ancient, secret society who believes it must protect the sanctity humankind by killing those like Lexi and Ren, those who are reborn.
In an effort to protect Ren from the Sentori, Lexi is forced to enlist the aid of the most unlikely of all allies. Her decision ignites a series of events that lead to a heartbreaking decision and a devastating conclusion.
If your life was all you had to give, wouldn't you give it to save the only person you ever loved?
Thirty Seconds to Die draws the reader deeply into a story of danger and flight, of love and hate, and of the extraordinary power of the spirit - human or otherwise.

You won't find the review to the last book in the trilogy as I still haven't finished reading it :( I haven't really liked the first two books and that has me all sad and also what with the holidays and other life stuff I haven't been able to speed read Heart-lines. I am allowed to review any of the books so I will review the first two books. It isn't going to be a review praising the books so don't venture further if you loved the books.

A collective short review for book 1 and book 2.
So, if a book has similarities with a well renowned book even if it isn't renowned and just reminds you of that book every time you venture further into a book, that can be a total let down. Even if the plot is different, it should make one forget the obvious similarities and be interesting. That didn't happen in this case. :(
So I was just annoyed with the setting, pacing, the love story-- well, it is a major feat that I finished it. Skipped quite a few pages. Skimmed loads. You are curious which book it seemed a rip-off of?? Bloody Twilight. LOL. And with the 2nd book it had ventured into that new-adult feel and hopelessly in love characters. *gags* I didn't like the writing. Unnecessary stuff seriously. I just cant tell you. Just trust me when I say it was Grrrr... :(
I was freaking bored and wanted to be just with the books each time. You would think the book would improve further along the story. Nuh-oh. You are so wrong. Grr.
I am going to finish the last book cos well, I should as it was review book. And try to review it by tomorrow or something. Or I just wont. Because I can't really review these books without really being coherent.
:/
Read the 1 star reviews on goodreads... they explain what I am not able to say more effectively. D:
Teasers:
TSTD: "I ran my fingers through my hair and brushed the back of my hand across my lips, checking for anything out of place."
TL: "I refused to fail him. He needed me whether he wanted me or not."
:/
