This sequel was really good and I am definitely looking forward to last book Black Collar Ascension now.
I really enjoyed this sequel. Right from the start my curiosity and attention was piqued. I love the way these books are written. The Morgan's meant business in this one. I loved the relationship dynamics between Seth and Emma. I was frustrated about Emma and Rama, though. I hope they come to realize their true feelings even after what happened this time around.
Emma was surely a true Morgan. I loved how she stood for herself and also didn't let Seth control her though sometimes Seth did mean well. LOL. But I was definitely furious by their relationship still. :D
I just love these books and I dunno there is just something which is making me connecting with these characters and the story. I dunno I just love the drama, Mafia biz, the lies, the secrets, tension (both kinds xP), and most definitely the format.
I don't really know how to talk more about this one-- it ended with a good and not so good ending for Seth and Emma but overall a better one for the Syndicate. If you know what I'm saying... ;-) Some revelations and more dangerous stuff will keep you company throughout. Gah.
And I am loving the covers for this series.
